Title: Iriver H120 lcd screen replacement?

I have what appears to be a bricked H140.  took it apart, battery seems to be ok, press the on button, and nothing happens.  hd doesn't appear to be spinning, but probably ok i think the board just isn't telling it to turn on.  fried board i'm thinking? or something beyond my repair abilities.  i do have another H140 with a broken lcd screen. i'd like to swap the screens.  are there any documented lcd removal/swaps out there?

Note that you could also connect a remote to navigate the functional one with the broken screen.
