Title: MK5's - Intermediate Switch Positions
Post by: hi and lo on April 06, 2011, 03:48:57 PM
Would like to hear some taping experiences on using the Schoeps MK5's in an intermediary position. I know I've read about this in the past, but a ts.com search didn't find much. Might have been more info on dat-heads.

I know Schoeps says "Intermediate positions are possible, but not recommended and will yield undefined results." So, I'm wondering if anyone here has given this a try and their thoughts? No need to reiterate how great they sound in the correct position! ;)
