Title: PMD-661 - case suggestions
Post by: jibooer on April 26, 2011, 12:54:29 PM
Howdy pholks!

Just wondering what folks are using to transport their 661's. I am growing tired of wrapping mine in a bar towel and need to do something before I royal screw it up. The Porta Brace AR-PMD661 looks great but a bit of overkill IMO. Point me in the right direction my bruthas and sistas!
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
THX

D'OH! Digigal, you know what, I thought for some reason that was the portabrace! Thanks for the reminder.

$59USD B&H for that one pictured...

Any more suggestions that I have overlooked?

Yea I bought the same one. Well enough built, seems like itll last. Gives access to all the necessary places on the units and comes with a shoulder strap. Really nothing else out there either. Its def the way to go.

Portabrace makes a nice one too but it is quite a bit more expensive.

Oh wow! Yea their nuts, thats almost HALF what I paid for the unit and it looks like its too big and floppy for the units in some of those shots. Huh, but I guess it is in fact another option.
