Title: Any programs that can capture video as .mov for Windows?

Figured I'd save our editor some time in post and capture my cam footage for him.  Only problem is Vegas captures as .m2t.  He uses Final Cut Pro and would need .mov files.  I don't think converting them in post and giving him those would be very good so I was curious if there was any windows program that captures .mov.

Freaking Apple.   ::)   Always has to be different.

quicktime/apple as you stated is .mov
your best bet is to send him the m2t files and have him convert them  with handbreak or mpegstreamclip
i would be shocked if most people could tell they were converted

on a sidenote fcp will import many dv and other file types too, not just mov
so if you can capture as dv you would be good to go too
