For The Black Crowes in Amsterdam, first night, I ran three rigs in parallel on a stand at 8.5', LOC on the floor. The first sample is below:

Sample 1 above:

AT933(853C)>CA9100>iRiver H108

Sample 2 below:

AT933(853C)>3wbb>iRiver H140

Anyone with keen ears like to tell me the differences?

Cheers

I forgot how much I like the Black Crowes.  I have not seen them since their Amorica tour in '94 I think.  Such a great band!

I like the CA9100. Seems more punchy and bright compared to the battery box recording.

Thanks - I like that recording the best of the three, and is the one I'm working on right now. Should hit bt.etree in a week or so.

One month after the final two 'Crowes gigs - I never work very fast!

Makes me glad I use either the 9100 or 9200 for most of my discreet taping needs.

Really, I hear little to no difference at all.
