Anyone have any experience using the CA mics as lavs?

Any thoughts if they would work well?

Probably work okay if you can find good clips for them. Are you using pre-amp or PIP?

I'm prefer the AT831s. I have cards of these, I believe they are cards, that you may use if you're still in austin.

Get a high sensitivity CA-14 or ca-11 mic. The 831 will also work nicely.
