Title: getting started , what stand setup to use..??
Post by: Cactus on March 13, 2004, 03:53:55 PM
hey now, please excuse the ignorance, im a newbie at best,  ive recently started building a rig and was curious where to go from here..
im going to be doing mostly indoor stuff (bar 250-300 capacity)

my rig is as follows
rode nt5 (pair) -> edirol ua5 -> (possible hosa osl if i cant get the ua5 mod fixed) ->jb3

im looking at purchasing a shure s15a stand and have no clue where
to go from there as far as mounts .. i think im going to start with xy and maybe ortf (if that even worth it with these mics). so any recomendations as far as mounts go ,  i see sabramsom and others (t bars etc) but have no idea what i need ..  please sesh any great ideas my way

peace and goodvibes
m
