I did and I'm still getting horrible upload times!!  ???  This started when I upgraded so I'm not sure what is going one.  I'm going to try to recreate the torrent in the older software and see if that helps.

are your ports open?  even if they weren't you shouldn't see a huge slow down.  do you have a third party firewall?  what is your upload set to in utorrnet?  what kind of speeds are you getting?  I can take a look at it sometime and may even be able to do it by remote assistance.

Is your ISP finally running some sort of "throttle" / "traffic shaping" / "traffic management"?   Mine never used to but in the last year decided to throttle all torrent data at 3 megs... and I'm paying for 20 megs down.  :(

charter in asheville (what he has) has great upload speed with no throttling.   I now get about 550kbs up with the 30/5 plan.

I don't have upload issues with the latest one besides when I attempt to limit the u/l speed.
It works but usually it's slower than what I set it  at. If I let it run unlimited it works ok for me.
I am firewalled on RR
