Title: How to camouflage mics and gear
Post by: Chrysler on April 23, 2012, 03:24:13 PM
hi guys,

can you give me advise on how to effectively cover a pair of DPA 4021 for stealth taping?
I usually cling my DPA 4061 to a bag, in a way they can not be seen. But with DPA 4021 that's a whole different story..

Also what's your experience with smuggling your gear into a venue that's being security checked? Any suggestions?

PMs very welcome  >:D

I'd go ahead lock this thread before m0k3 gets here with his infinite Hasselhoff image if I were you ;)

Scout your location, then pick the closest matching camouflage pattern (http://duckduckgo.com/?q=camouflage+patterns). If you don't find anything there, another good source (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_camouflage_patterns).

Please for the love of God tell me that gear chain doesn't suggest you are running those 4021s into an iPhone  :o :P

PM on the way :)
