Title: Aiwa CM-30 (A)
Post by: nicegrin on July 22, 2012, 04:42:23 PM
Hi!

Some taper friends of mine speak highly of the old Aiwa CM-30 (A) microphone from early 80s, so I was just curious if anyone here could provide some
specs for it. What "modern" small miniature mic does it resambles most?

Thanks!
N.

I bought one a while ago on ebay 15.50 Euro including shipping....specs ? I think I read somewhere that it is 40-15000 HZ. its is very small and handles high SPL's.
You are able to place it in a small club on the table in front of you since it has and foldable hinge attached to it.
Had it for a while and tested it for the first time during an outdoor show.  It has its own battery and worked like a charm....came with a foam that works windscreen and the recording game out good....used it with my video cam to replace the internal mics...I am sure I will use it again.
