Title: Weird VXpocket/ITunes issue
Post by: Matt Quinn on March 18, 2004, 12:58:13 PM
So I set up my new VX in my Toshiba Sattelite yesterday, everything seems to work fine, with one strange little isue- when I try to listen to stuff through ITunes AND the vx, I get this weird gapping effect in the playback, almost like a CD skipping. It doesn't happen when I play back audio from Cool Edit or Winamp, only ITunes. It's not the end of the world, but it'd be nice to be able to use the D>A on the vx as opposed to my stupid headphone out.

Running XP with VXKit 5 drivers if that helps. Any ideas?

is there a buffer setting in itunes? if yes, try to increase it.

Negative on that one. There's actually damn near nothing adjustable on ITunes.  ::)

nope, sorry- I sold the VX pocket years ago now, and I just lived with it in the meantime.

Good luck, wish I could help.
