Title: M-Audio Audiosport Duo & Terratec Phase 26

Does anyone have any experience with either of these? Both have XLR ins, USB, 9V power and do 24/96. The terratec has both optical and coax i/o, but may not have phantom power. The Duo only has coax out. I ask because both are less expensive than the UA-5 and are pretty similar.
