Title: YAUA-5Q.
Post by: ryz on March 18, 2004, 02:29:12 PM
(Yet Another UA-5 Question.)

I am almost a 100 percent comfortable spending for a w-mod, but really felt this question needed to be asked and the answers collected into 1 thread:  Has anyone had serious problems with the ua-5 in general, and if so what.?

The Windows drivers can sometimes be a PITA, especially when it comes to buffering. If your machine's fast enough then this becomes less of an issue.

No idea about Mac tho.

Nothing but good so far.  I will probably get  larger battery than 1600mah though.

i know laptop users had some driver problems but that was minimal. i used it for almost a whole year with a dat and did not have one single problem whatsoever. fantastic piece of gear no doubt.
