Sew elastic bands into the inside of the brim so the capsules are oriented 110 degrees, or whatever configuration you want them to be.

Do this by putting the caps in the ORTF bar, turn the ventair inside out, mark approximately where they hit, then sew elastic in there to keep the capsules in place. You can find elastic bands at your local fabric store for cheap.
