Title: Just FYI , Marantz PMD 660 on ebay $78 with 4hr left

hi all ,

  just saw this on the bay and someone could get a good deal on a
Marantz PMD 660 ! Its at $78 with 4 and a half hours left !
Looked around and seems like a good machine at a great price .
If this is posted in the wrong place , forgive me .. im new . lol .
  BTW , its 12:20 est .

Yea, the PMD 661

thanks Bean.  Can the 660 be modded (or is that what a 661 is, a modded 660??)

I don't know that much about the Marantz gear but I think the 661 does 24 bit and accepts digital input.  You could run it as an all-in-one rig or feed it a digital signal from your UA-5 and use it as a bit bucket.
