Title: Thoughts on the Rode NTG 1

I will probably use them less than 5 times a year for Stereo AB so I don't want to spend to much. I like the short length. They will fit in any of my current gear bags. Really curious about the output impedance of 50 ohms.

I like this review:

"I used this mic on the production of the movie Slow Fade and was extremely impressed by how well it worked in picking up the smallest details. The only negative side to having a powerful mic like this is that it will pick up a lot of ambient sound as well. It does not work as well in large crowds, streets or anywhere else that you may want to pick up specific sounds without getting a whole lot of ambient."

IMO...Don't...get the Senn gun's in the yard...

Bought a few years back on here, I believe from Tgadkis. I have windscreens and brand new, never used internal batteries. $300
