Probably doesn't help you, but I have a P-Stereo, which is John Peluso's large-diaphragm single point stereo microphone similar to the AKG422.  Great mic used up close on-stage Blumlein or M/S.  It has a touch of sweet flavor to it which is nice close mic'ing acoustic guitar + vocals with it mounted sideways, which is usually how I use it these days. I just wish it had a super/hyper setting and would go wider than 90 degrees.

It's the only Peluso I have experience with, never having used the small-diaphragm cemc-6 which is more common for taper use.

Quite a few TSers have used the CEMC6 over the years. A search in the kickdown section should yield numerous returns. They even pop up in the yard sale every now and again.

i've never used them, but have heard some very good recordings that were made using the CEM6.  seems like a really good bang for the buck.
