Title: USB audio capture card to work with Windows 7

I am doing an audio web stream on a laptop with Windows 7 that has NO line input.
I am shopping around for a USB audio capture card for PC laptop.
I do not care about the inputs, they can be RCA, 1/8", 1/4" phono, or XLR.
I would like to keep the cost under $50-60(including shipping).
I am looking on ebay and see a lot of choices.
I don't need many options other than audio line in > USB to work with Windows 7, maybe input gain knobs.

Any suggestions?????

Behringer UCA 202 is about $28.  usb connection to PC with 1/4 rca's in and out on the interface.
