thanks - just posted in another forum - curious about this jb3 - is it worthy of purchasing?
-
im pretty sure that prodig has stopped working on d7's bu i could be wrong. honestly man, its time to get a new deck or to change to the jb3. the d7 is an old piece of gear and as the years go on its gonna require more and more maintenance. id suggest jumping to a d100 or m1 if you need a dat deck, a jb3 if you can handle optical in, or the sound devices hd when it comes out if you wanna spend the money

yeah - the dat & md were used for audio documentaries - now I wanna get into recording some shows
is this jb3 a decent route to take - the price is a deal - and would allow me to spend more bucks on other goodies devoted to recording...
