Redding sells the Schoeps-branded ones for $6 each.  CountyComm has a 10 pack for the same price.  If these aren't the same thing, they're very close.  Shipping is quite expensive, so it might be worthwhile to add other things to your order.  I have bought several things from CountyComm over the years.  Their bags and cases in particular are outstanding quality stuff.  Look under Nylon Gear.

Cool but definitely not the same thing as the Schoeps cases - not really even that close.
