Title: AT8536 Power Adapter Question
Post by: Falconidave on July 07, 2015, 12:25:34 AM
Anyone know what level of rolloff(Hz) the recessed switch in these provides?
I've researched on-line and can't find anything definitive. Thanks in advance.

I should have put posted this question here: Battery Boxes, Preamps, Mixers, ADCs, and Processors

The microphone features a 55" (1.4 m) permanently attached
miniature cable. Its free end connects to the provided AT8538
power module via TA3F-type connector. It can be powered from
any external 11V to 52V DC phantom power supply. A recessed
switch in the power module permits choice of flat response or low-
frequency roll-off (via integral 80 Hz high-pass UniSteep
®
filter) to

help control undesired ambient noise.

Quoted from at943 pdf, also specs say low cut is at 80hz  -18db per octave,i bet thats the same low cut on all the power adaptors from what i can tell.
