Title: Good non pain in the ass clamp?

So I need a clamp that simply clamps into a manfrotto and has a standard read extension. I have a super lamp and the gyrations it takes to screw on a standard t bar is ridiculous. Thanks!

I use the K&M 238, I have two of them in my bag since they are light weight, solid & quick.
