A new receiver.... If just using the composite in's for gaming system I'd just go to Rat Shack..... And why do you own a VCR???? :>)

hahaha i think im coming up with a better solution. ive got a cheapo switch for right now, but when i move i think its time for me to invest in a new tv.

You could always DIY...

Not the cheapest solution, but yeah I'd do that too!

i think its time anyways. i really really really want to buy the gateway flat panel... i dont think i can bring myself to do it. thinking some sort of crt then.

Stick to Panasonic, Pioneer, Fujitsu for plasmas. What would your viewing distance be?? The Samsung DLP's are nice too. I love my Mits 55" CRT, but will be putting a HD2+ DLP projector in the basement within the next couple months. 106" screen... yeah baby!

the viewing distance wont be too big as i live alone. ill know for sure when i see the apartment im looking at next week. the apartment is 1000 sq ft with a den, so who knows what that translates to
