Title: External power for Littlebox

My version 1 Littlebox has an external power port. I'm going to have Ted make me a cable for it. Would like to use with batteries with USB A output. Any problems with this? Specifically this one:

I have only used RC batteries and the cable Jon made me but I have Anker batteries for other things and they work fine.

I have a Littlebox V1 w/ the external jack. I had Ted make me 3 different battery cables for the following bats: 9.6V RC, 9V DVD, and Tekkeon set at 9v.

That said, the 5V output won't cut it. You need to discuss with Jon about possible modification to your LB.

Ted's spec sheet gives a range of 5V - 16V for operating power. Unless the Version 1 is different?
