Title: Sonosax static ?
Post by: silentmark on June 02, 2004, 01:30:59 PM
Has anyone received static on their recordings when adjusting the left or right channel gains ?

The last few tapes I pulled I noticed some static and I know it is when I adjusted the gain.  I have never had this happen before. Anyone else ?

It also seems at times as if I get a channel level flux while adjusting, almost like a headphone jack not all the way plugged in, then you plug it in and you get the fullness, that's the best way I can describe it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Ya know I was thinking the same thing, just cause I never had this happen before so I don't think it is an electronic issue ... +T
