Title: Wireless thread re-visited
Post by: Chris K on June 03, 2004, 12:30:07 AM
i'm sitting here with my delll laptop and going over everything i missed on ts.com since i left work. i read a wireless thread and start to tinker

hmm....dell truemobile 1300wireless client utility. hey, there is a linksys wireless wireless network available to connect to with "very strong" connection.

yeah, but i dont have a wireless router.

unplug the cat5 cable, connect to wireless. find out the ip and i am on verizon.net

must be a neighbors wireless system but not sure who's

is this wrong? should i disconnect? or continue with the pleasure of true wireless mobility at home? ???

Meh, I do it all the time.  I just make sure I don't do anything on their networks that could get them in trouble with their ISP.  That way they never know. ;)
