Hi,

is there a switch to turn the battery box on and off or is it automatically providing power when you plug in a microphone?

Couldn not find any switch on my box

Just plug it in and you are good to go.

Is there an LED indicating that it is working and the battery is still ok, when you plug it in?

Would this thing make measurable improvements with MM-bsm-7m>sp11>dr03 rather than just dr03? I was looking at one today.
