I run stereo Nachimachi 300's, which come with their own stand mount.
Is there a universal shock mount that I can use these mics with? If so, will someone please link me?
After I have procured the shock mounts, will someone recommend a good stand for mounting.
Btw, I have searched the archives rather thouroghly, and could not come up with the information that I need!
Thanks alot!

I run Nak CM300's also. I dont have shock mounts (yet), but I know Mark from this board has shock mounts he runs w/ his.
As far a stand goes, it depends on what you are looking for. I think in the archive section, there is a whole topic on different stands and where you could find them for sale. It may be a few pages back by now, but its there somewhere. Very helpful. You will also need at T-bar. I use the one linked below. Its a good universal t-bar, and I can guarantee it will work w/ the CM-300's.

I have tried several stands and really like the Bogen/Manfrotto 3372 as my first choice.
The 3373 is sweet as well (way stealth and compact). Neither of these are tall, but 7.5/8ft is all you really need anyway. I have a whompin' a$$ 18 ft air cushioned Bogen/Manfrotto that I use for festivals and big section shows but can't recall the model # off hand.

i have a manfrotto/bogen AC stand that i got from masterpieceav (now dale pro audio) since 2000 and love it, it's a shit kicking stand and stands up to damn near anything. Mine's i think 13'.

here is one from ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=30080&item=3820308392&tc=photo
it has an adjustable footprint and very sturdy.

I have a Bogen 3076 and I really like it, 13' as well I believe. I don't like t-mounts, though. I'd go with a Shure A27M (top of the page that Jim posted a link to) although it will cost you $50 more. As for shock mounts... those mics are probably wide enough to fit into the AT8410a. I just got a pair and they seem very sturdy. I'll be testing them this weekend.

with most stands (including the one I mentioned above), you will need thread adapters. with the Shure A72M you will need one 1/4 or 3/8 to 5/8 adapter. depending on what mic clips you have you might need couple 5/8 to 3/8 adapters as well. micsupply.com has both.

thanks for all the help. I definitely appreciate it!

i got mine from masterpieceav.com ... got my thread adapter thrown in, dunno if that was a lucky thing or not :)

i have this stand as well. I think it is nice and it is sturdy, but the foot-print is very large. Also, it is huge when folded up...i am going to replace mine soon.
