Title: CA 9100 Label Scan or Picture?

My CA 9100's sticker has worn off, could anyone share a scan or photo of the label so I can print a replacement?

That's great, I had no idea what it even looked like, so I can make a template based on it. Thanks!

Can you share it please afterwards? Mine have really worn off label (I bought it used) so I can print a replacement.
