Title: Windows 11 Hates Tapers ...Help !

Does anyone have a solid resource on Win 11 tweaks to a cleaner, more stable DAW ?
I moved the mouse and Edge News pop-up attacked me.

If fact, can I make Edge just go away, or at least stay home?
I've heard that is is not removable.

Right click on the task bar, select TASKBAR SETTINGS. Turn off WIDGETS.  No more stupid Edge News.
