Title: wav to mp3 converter software?

Any free software out there for converting wav to mp3's? Obviously not for burning to cd's, just to reduce space on my HD.

MkwACT does it if your running windows. Or doe a google search. Tons of programs can do what you need. I tunes will do it as well. And it's free as well.

hey, if you wanna save HD space AND your music, why not just do it losslessly, ala FLAC and SHN???

either one will save you about 50% HD space in the end!!

oh, and theyre both freeware too !!
