If you wish to power any other microphone remember that its frequency response will be altered accordingly by the B9.  A microphone drawing too much current (above approx. 400 ua) may cause th esupply voltage to break down so the mic will not function."

No for multiple reasons:
4061 is specs call for 1.5 mA supply current, this provides less than a third of that. 
Frequency response is not flat.
It is a mono output device, not 2-channel stereo, with crossfade control across the two mic inputs.
