Title: cassette stuck in Tascam 202 Mk III, anyone know how to help me remove?

The eject button won't work because the transport is in the PLAY mode, with the heads up in the shell, I guess.


I got the back off, and the belts are flopping loosely.
Anyone have experience getting a tape out when this happens? I found a youtube video about repair but it just makes me think I'll have to disaasemble this thing completely. Which is fine, if it's gonna get stuck tapes, I dont wanna use it at all.

I found some website that said I need to rotate a flywheel to lower the stuff, but I dont know what that is, or how to identify it.

I bent the door out and removed the door cover, and was able to push the head assembly down, and force the door to eject.
Tape was unharmed.
Whew.
Was about to delete this, but maybe it will help someone in the future.
