Title: Low hum on left channel, lowering or getting rid of it?
Post by: emalvido on November 05, 2024, 10:15:09 PM
Last week.... taping time, but! I overtighten the left capsule from my SP-CMC-8 ´s to its body, very tight,  due to this, a hum is present in the left channel, you can hear it between songs or quieter sections, it dissapears on loud parts most of the taping rock concert
Is there a way to reduce it? or get rid of it?
Izotope?

RX or any other forensics program can address it.

Agreed.  Looking for hum is the first step in my workflow, and RX is indispensable for erasing it
