I recently received one of these in a package deal.
What can i use as a shockmount?
I can't picture how to use one. :help:

If you don't want to use two shock mounts, one per mic, I am picturing a short bar the same diameter as your shock mount, with a mic stand thread coming out the end, axially.
Screw the bar into the bottom center of the M100c, and flip a shock mount down 90degrees so your m100c ends up horizontal.
I feel like it should be called a riser bar, but can't find one online in a quick search.
I made something similar out of a wooden dowel rod years ago (for my Neumann KM100 series) and I think Posthorn used to carry something like this.
Something like a very short boom arm...

Take something like this - https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/68615-REG/Shure_A26X_Extension_Tube.html/?ap=y&ap=y&smp=y&smp=y&store=420&smpm=ba_f2_lar&lsft=BI%3A514&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=1413790935&gbraid=0AAAAAD7yMh3KYg9CtBsKkeI8ZonUz58Z9&gclid=Cj0KCQjw5c_FBhDJARIsAIcmHK_666hmr3lQ-hQ_B9dpEulI71jNJCAJvkLScG34cficd0ZCZdwN93waAppaEALw_wcB (https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/68615-REG/Shure_A26X_Extension_Tube.html/?ap=y&ap=y&smp=y&smp=y&store=420&smpm=ba_f2_lar&lsft=BI%3A514&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=1413790935&gbraid=0AAAAAD7yMh3KYg9CtBsKkeI8ZonUz58Z9&gclid=Cj0KCQjw5c_FBhDJARIsAIcmHK_666hmr3lQ-hQ_B9dpEulI71jNJCAJvkLScG34cficd0ZCZdwN93waAppaEALw_wcB)
and screw it into the 5/8 threaded connector at the bottom. Then insert that into a shockmount that is oriented to hold it vertically - like the Schoeps A20 or a similar knockoff - just like folks used to do with the vark bars. I used to run my mk41s actives in a Vark bar setup just like this.

Extension Tube makes sense!
This is almost exactly what I was imagining.

Good idea.
Do you know if this fits into the Shure a53
There is no dimensions listed anywhere.
-
^ Probably. The A53 is for 20mm tapered mics and the extension tube looks slightly larger than the 5/8 thread so it's probably going to squeeze in there. 7/8 inch is 22mm.

The manual for the M 100 C recommends attaching an accessory called the ST 20-3/8 ( https://schoeps.de/en/products/accessories/table-applications/table-mounting/st-20-38.html ), which screws into the vertical, bottom piece of the M 100 C. That provides a 20 mm cylindrical extension which will fit into any shock mount made for Schoeps mikes. A stiffer suspension than the minimum is suggested in this instance.
I'm attaching the manual here for your convenience, or it can be downloaded directly from the product page https://schoeps.de/en/products/accessories/stereo-accessories/bars-and-clamps/m-100-c.html .
