-Circuit board
-Two resistors
-Two capacitors
-One 1/8" / 3.5mm stereo jack
-One cable with a 1/8" / 3.5mm stereo plug
-One Battery holder for 1 9V battery

That is hot melt glue that you melt with a hot melt glue gun.
