Title: powerbank recommendation
Post by: pillowman on February 15, 2026, 11:46:51 AM
Hi everyone,

I need a recommendation for a power bank.

I want to use it to power a Zoom F3
and the power bank should provide enough power to run the recorder with a pair of external microphones (24V) for a whole festival day.
It would be great if the power bank wasn't too big, but rather small and portable.

Are there any recommendations or suggestions?
I'm eager to hear any advice, and I'm grateful for any suggestions.

Thanks in advance!

I have good expierences with the Xtorm 35w 20.000 mAh.
Easy to travel with (it's allowed in airplanes) and it charges my Samsung s23 ultra 4 times. Also, It has an indicator that shows the percentage of battery left. Very useful.
I used it as a battery pack for my photocamera and it's been great. They come in smaller sizes too. I think 20.000 mAh will last you a whole festival weekend.

Good luck!

Thank you so much for the recommendation... for my taste, the size could be a bit smaller  :yahoo:

You're welcome!
Check their product range. They make smaller ones as well.

This is 5 volt usb power though and I don’t know what power requirements are needed for your device.

I use a Nimble Champ Pro (20k mAh) to power a Zoom F3 and 2 48V mics. It can handle a 3 day festival.

Edit: it's probably a little bigger than what your looking for.

I recommend GP M2+ Series PowerBank 10000mAh M10C. They are easy to buy in Europe.

This feature is important:
Low Power Charging Support
Optimized for efficiency, the powerbank adjusts charging speeds to suit low power devices such as bluetooth earphones and smartwatches, ensuring optimal performance.

Some powerbank will shut down after half an hour if the above feature is missing.
