Title: Flac Frontend Help
Post by: BWolf on June 21, 2004, 06:54:43 PM
can someone please help me with flac frontend a little bit, i'm trying to seed to primus i taped 6/11/04....

i can't get frontend to create fingerprint files.  i have all the music flaced up and ready to go, but when i put it into frontend and press fingerprint, it gives me an error....it says "bad command or file name" like 20 times and then says finished.  i can't seem to figure it out, i uninstalled and reinstalled frontend, but that doesn't want to work...

i'm using windows 98 se and everything else seems to work prefectly, no problems

can someone help?
thanks
brad

Have you removed the wav that were in the list to create the FLACs and replaced them with the FLACs you created?

Highlight all the files(flac ones) then press the fingerprint button?  That is the only other thing I can think of, or at least what I do anyways.

where are you saving the fingerprints, or rather, trying to save them?

take any spaces out of the filenames and try again.

i dunno about frontend, but FLACbat hangs on spaces when you try to "decode all to WAV"
