Title: smart ftp HELP CANT UPLOAD.

I have smart ftp.

and when im downloading and uploading. it locks up between everysong and sits idle.

how do i get it to just do the entire folder.

again this is happeneing both when i am uploading and downloading

What is the error report on the log?
 And have you been here? http://www.smartftp.com/support/
