So here's my attempt at DIY meters for my UA-5>JB3 rig. I got the idea from someone here but I can't remember who ;) The meters are the Cana-a-kit's and the rest of the stuff is from RS. The red switch on the side is for on/off. I didn't know for sure if the thing drew power with the battery connected or not, so I said screw it and threw a swicth on it... The holes aren't exactly perfect over the LED's, but oh well. The angle of the pic makes them look more off than they really are. The whole thing cost about $30ish, and took about 3 hrs. Not bad I say! I was gonna put another set of RCA's in parallel so's you could pass signal thru and on to something else, but I was running short on room in there, it's tight :o

Nice work. I guess I should go back and "spruce" mine up a bit with a switch, some RCA females and maybe a pass through....nah I'm too lazy ::). +T

Yup, I'm going to make the exact same thing, but I will use a clear project box, if I can find one...
