My sabrasom tbar will not catch in the middle so unless the bar is balanced very well it will tip to the heavy side. If my stand is bumped the bar tips.
does anyone know how to fix this?

get a new bar or adapter(depending which is stripped) or....
utilize massive amounts of duct tape :)
i suggest option 1
-
the knob right below the t thread
t bar here ----{}----
0----------------------------------------------part that will not catch here
0 0 connection to stand here
the stripped part is a knob that twists --if it is stripped (i.e. necessitating a new bar) could i just replace the washers in the middle?
also opposite the knob that will not catch there is a hex bolt with no filling - i bought this used - should there be a bolt there?
thanks

I have one too that is stripped, I got an new T-Bar but kept the Sabra one and may have to use it this weekend for a 2nd rig, I will be going with option #1 (Duct tape) :)

Sabra is great with replacement parts. Just e-mail the rep for your part of the country, tell him what needs to be replaced and they will send new parts.
I broke a couple rings. They sent new ones and bases too just in case.

+T Jason. I just emailed the NJ distributor/importer to see if they could get me some of those tiny ass thumbscrews and nuts for the mic mounts.

I already got a reply from the importer, they're dropping some replacement parts in the mail for free!

got my replacement parts in the mail today. They didn't have any nuts in stock so what did they do? Sent two complete tower assemblies! :D

I told ya, they rock.
The stuff may be fragile, but they stand behind it 110%.
