Title: Mic Stand Question

I have a 17' bogen mic stand but the top rectangle grey peice that keeps the stand locked in place has fallen off and i have misplaced it, i cant even use the stand now because without the top level staying in place the mount and mics just move all over the place

so what im asking is there anywhere i can just pick up one of those rectangle peices for my stand?

I don't know about a store to get parts but manfrotto must sell parts on the web.
