Title: transferring music to JB3 with an iBook

Hey all, I just purchased a JB3 and downloaded the JB3 plugin for itunes and I have been able to transfer songs from my JB3, but not to it. Is it possible to get songs onto the JB3 from my iBook, or will I have to use my pc? Any help is appreciated. Thanks
