Nick, for the record, I had a cable going bad that was causing that hum... had to break out the soldering iron, but it works now.

done... I had to rate it 6/10 because of scratches on the top of it from the previous owner f*cking up a rackmount kit. The appearance nazis over on the 'gon won't even give it the time of day. It'll probably end up gathering dust in a closet somewhere...
