Title: What do you carry TLS in?

So what is it?  DO you have pics?  These aren't as monsterous as I thought

I've got mine in a Nova 4 with a UA-5, SVU meter and JB3.  Gotta carry the shocks seperately though.

i have a lowepro commercial aw

i made 2 pockets inside that hold the TL's in crown royal bags, adn the 2 outside pockets hold the shocks perfectly

the commercial aw is overkill for me since i ditched the laptop but i like having the extra space

I use a Platt #207 blow-molded plastic case.  It was about $12.  I traced the mics on the pick-and-pluck foam and then took out the foam parts.  Not terribly small but it's way smaller than the flight case and offers a decent amount of protection.  The gap in the foam between the mics is from when the cat got a hold of it.

9.5 x 6 x 2.63"  Here's a UA-5 for comparison.

www.altex.com, but it's not on their site anymore I don't think.  This place has it for about $15 but I think you can find it cheaper if you look harder. http://www.action-electronics.com/platt.htm

I carry mine in a small tupperware with the windscreens on to keep them from shifting....

i have sooo many crown royal bags. i used to drink the stuff, but cant anymore

my aunt is a bartender, so i get all the bags i want ;)

My mother in law is a sewing feind and made me some nice fleece draw string bags. Basically a crown royal bag, but these are tiger striped...

Raaawwww

Oh, and I have Nova 5 bag and still have to carry the shock mounts separately. It's ok, though. I'm not bitter.

Standard TL case with the foam out. When I got them, the previous owner had already made this foam cut out that fits in there. Just pop it in and theres room for the shock mounts too.

works perfect doesnt it! i have extra room if i need to carry something else, i have a couple clamps at all times just in case!

thats pretty nice there Alex. but i have the monster TL flight case... too big for the field

i use 2 neoprene camera flash bags that i got from my local camera store.  nice and padded with a bungee.  made by Pelican i believe and nice and snug.

i put those into my Nova 5 for shows with super mounts and screens as well.  greg at soundcard sent me the individual flight cases as well as the big daddy flight case.  i store them in the big daddy at my house.
