I know there's a charger sold at Wal-Mart that will work...anybody know a name/model #? Where are they generally in the store? Will it work straight out of the package, or are adaptaplugs and/or soldering necessary?
Any help would be great...

it will work out of the box, it comes w/ adaptaplugs ;)

Yea, I was gonn say...
I actually just use the same car charger my CD player uses, and that has worked fine.

OK, more questions...
They didn't have the same one you bought, but the one I picked up I'm pretty sure will work. It seems to be a tad bit more complicated though.
Question #1 What voltage does the JB3 require? This charger has switchable rates of 3v, 4.5v, 6v, 7.5v, 9v, and 12v.
Question #2 Is the JB3's polarity positive or negative? I can switch that as well
Apparently this charger will freakin' work with anything as long as you set it right. Any help with the correct settings for the JB3 would be great...
-
It actually takes 5v, so you'll want to go with 4.5. As for polarity, I don't have a JB3 with me, but take a look at the plug in spot, it should show you right there.

im pretty sure tip is positve w/ the jb3 :)
