After a month of dealing with my faulty JB3, i read the faq at nomadness, and i managed to get around the glitch and upgrade my firmware to the latest!!!! WOOOOH! now im ready to start my dream of taping:
My rig:
SP-CMC-2 (AT831) > SP-SPSB-1 Battery Module w/ Bass Roll Off > Line in/Nomad Jukebox 3
I am getting a Kangol tropic vent air for future stealthing aswell so im very excited, aswell as the fact that i live in sydney australia and there are not many tapers here (with good equipment ;) hehe)
The reason why i posted was 1) to release the excitement, and to ask for any obvious advice that i may not have discovered already...
Please go ahead and share your thoughts

+T in your quest to make the 'perfect copy' ;D

the kangol is a great stealth lid, specailly with the vent air material being as soft as it is. i would however suggest using some sort of light windscreen too as the hat makes scratchy noises on most mics. with the windscreens it will also use friction to lock the caps into place and not move.
got get em fella.

haha cheers you lot! :)

cool thing, but unfortunatly my cable is not long enough for stealthing good with a hat.
or my head is too long for that matter :-)
Are there some more detailed pictures?
