Title: rec. mp3 format from radio

There's a Christmas song that I don't know the name of and it's played just a couple of times a day. I want to have my computer record from the radio all day (line in).

What programs will allow my computer to record straight to mp3 format all day? I don't want to hog my hard drive with a long or split wav file(s).

My Sampltude records in mp3 format and works with your line in.   :P
