Title: How-to on jewel box covers?
Post by: DAT grl on December 22, 2004, 12:55:37 PM
I've got some nice digital pics for some of my shows and I'd like to make liner-notes-style cover art for the jewel box.  Can anybody recommend a quick-and-dirty method or an app that has a CD cover template?  Ideally it'd have the picture on the front, with the setlist (on the inner front side) or on the back outer side.  Thanks and happy holidays.

i always just use photoshop...Measure the inside of the jewel case and then make your pallette the same size.  I make two images, one for front, one for back.  print the front, turn page over, print the back.  done and done.

I found CoverXp very easy to use http://www.coverxp.com/main.asp. You can create artwork in minutes, the free version I beleive does verything the paid version has except you cannot save your files.
