Title: Tube Wrap, Would Home Depot or Any Place like that carry it?
Post by: Sanjay on December 26, 2004, 01:16:16 AM
I'm looking for some of that shrink tube wrapping to wrap my mics in (which are white) so they are black, any advice on where to find them?  I head to NYC on tues to tape so ebay isn't an option.

Thanks!

A  better option would be gaffers tape. I think the shrink tubing will really stiffen the cables and might not shrink evenly.
gaffers tape is black, non reflective, and removable without residue. you could lie the cables flat on the ground and roll a 1" strip around the cable (have a friend help you). also shrink tubing is not cheap and does not come in that long of lengths.

peace
